Shipping Policy
When will my order ship?
At Noo&Boo, orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods (sales, holidays) please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
Order confirmation & address issues
You will receive an order confirmation via email to your provided address. If you spot an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately at support@nooandboo.store with subject line “URGENT” so we can correct it before shipment. If a package fails to deliver due to “insufficient address,” unfortunately we cannot offer compensation for that.
Order tracking
Once your products are shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. Please note, tracking updates may take between 2 – 4 days to become active.

We operate globally, and while we are a small store, we partner with reliable shipping/logistic services to deliver orders worldwide.
Lost or stolen orders
Noo&Boo accepts no responsibility for items that are confirmed as delivered by the courier but later reported lost or stolen.
