Returns

Noo&Boo has a strict 30-day return policy. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. All tags, seals, and accessories must be intact.

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, confirmation email) is required for all return requests.
How to Request a Return

You must contact us at support@nooandboo.store to request a return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

In your request, include your order number, product name, date of purchase, and reason for return.
Return & Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Noo&Boo is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you find damage, defect, or if the product delivered is incorrect, contact us immediately at support@nooandboo.store with photos of the issue.

For valid claims of defects or wrong items, Noo&Boo will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Items that are perishable or intimate in nature (e.g., products that come in direct contact with the mouth) once opened.

Sale items or items that have been heavily discounted may not be eligible for return.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.

If approved, refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, and it appear on your account.
Lost or Stolen Orders

Noo&Boo is not liable for orders confirmed as delivered by our shipping provider but later reported as lost or stolen.
